Climbing over good rock on a beautiful alpine ridge, discovering the secrets of what lies around the next corner,  is pure pleasure. For those with an aversion to mountain huts, there is also a fantastic amount of superb day climbs that can be done starting from the valley, using the cable cars and returning home after.
